Are you struggling with body image or weight concerns? Are you ready to ditch diet culture? Are you tired of letting the number on the scale dictate your mood and self-worth? In this 6-week evidence-based group, you will learn new skills for relating to your body and promoting your well-being that are informed by Health at Every Size and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles.

Supportive Parenting Group

Are you finding it challenging to parent your child? Are you feeling stressed by your responsibilities as a student and a parent? This 4-week skills-based parenting group is designed for student-parents with children ages 3 to 12 years old. Each session will utilize a combination of instruction and role-play to teach evidence-based parenting skills aimed at improving your child’s behavior. There will also be time each week dedicated to support and connection with other parents regarding the shared experience of being a student-parent and the challenges that it can present.

Empowered Relief

Do you struggle with pain? Train your brain away from pain! Empowered Relief teaches participants skills to manage experiences of pain using principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Evidence has shown that it helps reduce pain-related distress, pain intensity, pain interference, and sleep problems. In this one time 1.5-hour group, you will learn about pain and what you can do to help yourself, gain pain relief skills you can use right away, receive a free binaural relaxation audio file, and create a personal plan for pain relief.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)

Do you have trouble sleeping? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia is an evidence-based approach to combating sleep difficulties. In this 4-session evidence-based group, you will learn sleep hygiene & sleep efficiency strategies, receive support adjusting your sleep timeframe, explore how thoughts can influence sleep, and create an action plan for addressing future insomnia.

Strengths-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (SB-CBT) for Building Resilience

This Strengths-Based CBT group focuses on the construction of resilient beliefs and practices. In this 3-session group, you will identify your strengths, construct a personal model of resilience (PMR), apply the PMR to areas of difficulty in your life, and practice resilience. This highly collaborative program will feature encouragement, exploration, activities, and homework where you will put the skills you learn into action.
